Buy Owner to Owner and Save
All real estate is For Sale By Owner, some owners just hire a realtor
as the method they choose to use to market their homes land or houses. In a
nutshell, the biggest difference when you buy owner to owner as
compared to dealing through a realtor is that the buyer and seller do not have the weight
of the "realtors 6% Commission Yoke" hanging around their neck to impede making
a deal they are each comfortable with. Basically the buyer and seller are 6% closer
to making a deal the day they meet if there is no realtor involved at all and 3% closer to
making a deal if the commission is cut in half by using our FLAT FEE MLS. Every
Buyer should understand that they are really paying the realtors 6% commission and they
must also decide if they consider the services of the realtors to be a value to them at 6%
of the property price. The seller does technically pay the commission at closing,
but it is the buyers money that the title company hands to the realtor at closing. More Details.
